Race You To The Top

If you ever make your way over to Chamonix, a commune in the Haute-Savoie area in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alps region of southeast France, be sure to venture out of the streets and head on up to the mountains for skiing, rock climbing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, ...you name it, they've got it.

Don't be worried friends, if you came without gear the town will hook you up with what you need to have a good time!

This small mountain commune is home of extreme sports and of course, it's most famous landmark, Mont-Blanc. For all of you adventure seekers out there, Tour Du Mont-Blanc is nearly a 100-mile circuit that takes you around the Mont-Blanc massif as you trek through Switzerland, France, and Italy. The circuit begins and ends in this lovely place, of which is also known for a mountain called the Auguille du Midi. I recommend carving out time during your trip to take a cablecar to the top and look at the breathtaking views; you won't regret it!
